These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Klicco website and any services provided by Klicco ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or engaging us as a client, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our systems, or related infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation, including by introducing malware, scraping at scale, or overloading our servers.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Klicco provides marketing, software, and coaching services to dental practices. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (the "Service Agreement") signed by both parties.

Information on this site, including case studies, results, and testimonials, is illustrative. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes; outcomes depend on factors such as market, offer, operations, and execution within your practice.

You may book a strategy call through our site. Strategy calls are offered as a no-obligation conversation. We may decline to take on a project if we determine we are not the right fit. By booking, you authorize us to contact you about the call and follow up with relevant information.

If you engage Klicco as a client, fees and payment terms are set out in your Service Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in U.S. dollars, are exclusive of taxes, and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments may be subject to interest and suspension of services as permitted by law.

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, video, code, and design, is owned by Klicco or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

For client engagements, ownership of deliverables is governed by the applicable Service Agreement.

The site may contain links to third-party sites or services we do not control (for example, scheduling tools, payment processors, or partner platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The site and any free resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klicco and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Klicco and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Klicco is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. If we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
