Klicco started with a simple frustration. After years of running ads for full-arch practices, we kept watching the same pattern. Leads came in, the agency declared a win, and the practice still struggled to close them. The bottleneck was never the top of the funnel.
So we rebuilt the model. We trained closers, deployed them on the ground, wired in speed-to-lead automation, and shipped our own CRM. Today Klicco runs the marketing, handles the consults, and coaches the team. The principal focuses on surgery. We are accountable to the case revenue, not the click.
