Privacy Policy

We're a marketing partner for full-arch dental practices. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective April 28, 2026

1

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Klicco ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us as a client.

By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information gathered automatically as you interact with our site.

Information you provide:

  • Name, email, phone number, and practice details when you book a strategy call or fill out a form.
  • Billing information when you become a client (processed by our payment provider, not stored on our servers).
  • Any messages you send to us through email, contact forms, or scheduled calls.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and browser data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL), recorded in standard server logs.
  • Limited usage data needed to operate and secure the site. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
3

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver the services you request.
  • Manage and improve client engagements (campaign performance, reporting, communication).
  • Send service updates, occasional marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time), and relevant resources.
  • Analyze site performance and improve user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Our lawful bases for processing (UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Article 6):

  • Consent for optional marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Performance of a contract to deliver the services a client has requested.
  • Legitimate interests to respond to your enquiries, keep the site secure, and understand how it is used, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation for accounting, tax, and other compliance requirements.
4

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, CRM, payment processing). They are contractually limited to using your data on our behalf.
  • Advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok) when running campaigns on a client's behalf, using only data that the client has authorized us to use.
  • Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.
5

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to make the site work and to remember choices such as a dismissed prompt. These are essential and are exempt from consent.

We do not currently load third-party analytics or advertising trackers (for example Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Google Ads) on this website, and we set no non-essential cookies. If we introduce any in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

We honour browser-level privacy choices, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, and you can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

6

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion sooner. Client records are retained for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes.

7

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in the "Contact" section. We respond within 30 days.

8

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. This includes encrypted connections, access controls, and trusted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9

International transfers

Our services are operated from the United States and Europe. If you are located outside these regions, your data may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and dental practices. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated by email when appropriate.
